I am a 74 year old man. I wanted to be accompanied in a training program which could take into account my age and physical condition. I found Vincent Singh the ideal coach ! I have been working with him for the past seven months in his personal gym.
When we started off he carried out a thorough assessment of my physical and health condition. Nothing, it seems to me, escaped him.
He then built a program respectful of my condition. At each session he made a point of checking the effects of the exercises and modifying the program when necessary. Furthermore he always texts me the next day or two after the sessions to see how I'm doing and how my body is reacting to the exercises we did.
I had to interrupt my training for a few weeks due to knee surgery. Vincent wanted to be informed of my surgeon's recommendations and to follow his suggestions.

Before I joined……….. I could not do even one squat. Vince showed me how to squat with a ball and the wall. With his patience and expertise I am now squatting confidently and consistently and with weights. I could also not run any distance without stopping to walk. With Vince’s approach “just to the next lights” I can now run for long distances without stopping. I had no motivation to workout before joining…..but Vince’s variations of workouts and tailor made workouts to me I can now not wait until my next session.
